We deliver to anywhere in Australia that is reachable by Australia Post with the exception of designated dry zones. You are responsible for ensuring that the Goods can be lawfully delivered to the destination.
Please note that delivery of alcohol to Australia Post parcel lockers is subject to refusal at the discretion of Australia Post. Please see conditions of use here (paragraph 3). Wine Box Warehouse recommends the use of Australia Post PO Boxes as an alternative.

These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed via the Wine Box Warehouse website (WBW).
We will not sell alcohol to anyone who is under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right not to release your order if we are unsure of this.
We cannot guarantee availability of all products at all times. In the event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order.
We reserve the right not to accept any order.
The placing of an order anywhere on our website does not constitute a contract, which is made only when you collect the goods and we process payment.
All goods are offered subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of specific vintages.
All prices are inclusive of taxes.

Prices on the website reflect those anticipated to be in operation on the date indicated on our website. In the event that prices are due to change between your order being placed and collection we will contact you.
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order. Where an end date is specified on any offer on the website, it is intended as a guide only. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
After receiving your wine order and on tasting you wish to return the wine not to your taste, we are happy to refund in full any bottles returned to us within 30 days of purchase (They must satisfy our inspection they are returned in a re-saleable condition) with a deduction for freight costs dependant on your location. We will process a refund less return shipping costs to your credit card on receipt of the wines.
Returns of wine can be organised in the following ways.
Pack wines in a box safe from breakages and return to the store during opening hours.
Contact us for a national Reply Paid Australia Post form and package wines into box in a non breakable manner and drop to post office for return to us. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for the correct form.
Cancellations and complaints:
You may cancel your order at any time until notified it has been fulfilled to ship. Should you decide to cancel your order all charges to you will be refunded as soon as the goods are returned in merchantable condition to our store.
In the event of complaint please contact the store concerned if it refers to a particular order. Alternatively e-mail email@example.com giving as much detail including the sale number where possible. All complaints will be acknowledged within 1 business day or sooner and you can expect a full resolution of your complaint within a further 72 hours. You will be kept informed if there is any delay beyond this. Each complaint will be treated as confidential and will be attended to by a senior manager.
In the first instance please contact your local store by e-mail, fax or telephone, as indicated at the time of order and by subsequent communication.
Wine Box Warehouse customers can choose to be added to our postal mailing list and may also subscribe to email newsletters.
Wine Box Warehouse has always held a customer database, and we have never given the details to anyone else. We do not release information to third parties, and you have the option not to be included and to remove yourself from our mailing lists at any time.

Collection of information:
When you place an order or register your details with us, we collect personal details to fulfil your order. Wine Box Warehouse can also identify which users are online and what pages they are on when logged in. We will often need to alert delivery services to details such as your name, address, and contact number. We store this information for future reference. On some occasions we add information to this to personalise and increase our communication with you and deliver your order. WBW will call you to confirm payment details where required.
Users may opt out (unsubscribe) from receiving future marketing on any and all offers by clicking unsubscribe on e-mails or contacts or by calling the office on 1300 553 716 which will be enacted within 24 hours of receipt
Our website provides users who have an existing account the ability to change their information at any time by accessing the account details area from the home page.

As an added security measure we store fully encrypted credit card details available for re-use as part of your online account.
At WBW we take fraud prevention extremely seriously. For your protection, when processing your order we will take all appropriate measures to validate your card details, including requiring you to enter your card's security number with each order.
