Vistamar Brisa Sauvignon Blanc 2010 |

Vistamar’s ‘Brisa’ range varieties come from various zones in Chile’s Central Valley. This valley is characterised by a temperate, Mediterranean-type climate with a huge temperature range. The soils vary from loose sand to clay, with variable conditions in stone content, humidity and altitude. This allows a wide range of aromas, flavours and textures at Vistamar’s disposal, and so create fresh, fruity wines with smooth, friendly tannins. Aromas of white flowers, tropical and citrus fruits. The palate is bright with fresh acidity. An excellent aperitif or match to non-oily fish and green salads.
