The grapes for this wine were sourced from our Nanya vineyards and premium growers in the Riverland region. A cool spring with healthy rains preceded a cool lead in to vintage. Hot periods in January and February meant that only those vineyards with diligent management and well set up vines came through well to produce vibrant fruit.
Harvesting was undertaken in the cool light of dawn, preserving the Shiraz and Cabernet fruit characters. Temperature controlled fermentation; wood maturation and careful blending have crafted this wine.
