Rock Merlot is a wine designed for today’s palate - a soft, smooth, medium bodied wine.
Rock Merlot has soft spicy aromas on the nose and the palate offers fleshy, ripe cherry/plum flavours with just a hint of sweet spice. The finish is soft , smooth and satisfying. A lightly oaked, ‘drink now’ style, Rock Merlot is made to be enjoyed right from the moment it is bottled.
It goes well with barbecued and char-grilled meats, pastas and many Asian dishes.
