Aromatics: Lifted blackcurrant and mulberry jam, a hint of violet , lots of cinnamon spice and cherry notes
Palate: A juicy and rich palate with intense strawberry fruit. Finely textured tannins and well balanced acidity
Cellaring: Will reward cellaring for 5 years or more
Sangiovese needs time and care to display its richness. The entire winemaking process is unhurried and gentle. This patience is rewarded with great concentration of flavour, soft acidity and balanced tannin.
Food Pairing Sausage, basil and pecorino pasta sauce with fresh pasta.
