Appearance
Bright garnet with a lively bead.
Bouquet
Lifted aromatics dominate, with solid notes of freshly crushed strawberries and subtle background spice.
Palate
A fresh wine, well balanced with crisp acidity and an abundance of flavour. Fresh strawberry characters and some sweetness give life and length.
Winemaking
Fruit is ripened on vines with generous canopies that allow the grapes to ripen gently and naturally. The fruit is picked and gently pressed, the juice is then allowed to settle naturally before being filtered. The wine is cold fermented to retain its fresh fruit characters. The addition of the strawberry flavour adds an extra dimension.
