Eighth Horse wines, made in the warm sunshine of Australia’s unspoiled climate, are a celebration of our good fortune to have such a relaxed and enviable lifestyle.
The fruit was harvested at its peak of freshness to give the wine bright and vibrant characters. To ensure a fine palate structure only free run juice is used and this is then cold fermented to preserve the natural fruit aroma and flavour. This wine has a lively effervescence and being produced in a drier style exhibits bright fruit and crisp acidity.
