Delicious fresh fruit and biscuit flavours. A fine persistent bead, the finish on the palate is crisp and clean.
Winemaking
We carefully select fruit from vines with generous canopies that allow the fruit to ripen gently and naturally. The fruit is picked, pressed and then allowed to settle naturally before being filtered. The wine is fermented cold to retain its natural fresh fruit flavours.
