Vineyards: This cool climate wine was crafted with grapes from the Yin Barun vineyard in North East Victoria.
Winemaking: Free-run juice was fermented as soon as possible after pressing to preserve the fresh, delicate fruit characters.
When to drink: Best enjoyed whilst young and fresh.
