A refreshing, lighter-bodied wine with crisp flavours of green apple and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Wine Colour At release the wine is a pale straw colour with a very subtle bronze tinge to the edge.
Wine Bouquet A fresh bouquet of subtle pear and apple fruit characters along with a hint of lemon zest.
Wine Palate The wine has a light-bodied palate with mouth-watering flavours of green apple, pear and a touch of lemon. There is a refreshing, tight acidity and a lovely clean finish. This is refreshing, racy and mouth watering…the perfect white wine to unwind with and whisk you away to those long, warm Summer days. Uncomplicated and immediately approachable the biggest problem will be deciding whether to share it!
Cellaring Notes This wine is made for immediate enjoyment.
