A blend of premium regions, this wine has lifted tropical fruit and a long finish. The colour is of pale yellow / greenish tints showing the bright clear sparkle of youth. A subtle herbaceous, grassy nose gives way to a medium bodied easy drinking palate with fresh crisp acidity.
Fruit outside the Hunter Valley is processed to the primary juice stage before transport to the winery in the Hunter Valley for fermentation and blending. This ensures the delicate grape and fruit aromas are preserved.
Established in 1970, from the founding three partners, Brokenwood has grown to a large partnership (or ‘merry band’) of like minded souls, sharing a love of good wine. The Partner’s Blend originated to provide the Brokenwood Partners with a soft, easy drinking style for home consumption.
Perfect with freshly shucked oysters, grilled whiting fillets with lemon or steamed asparagus with crumbed feta.
