Taittinger Comtes De Champagne Rose 2003 |

|
The Comtes de Champagne Rosé Millésimé 2003 is a slightly amber, rosewood colour. The exceptionally fine bubbles give a delicate but extensive necklace of mousse. The nose, very fine and elegant, is reminiscent of blossom, rose and violet petals and subtle fruity scents of raspberry and pear and a faint touch of fresh almond in the background. The first impression on the palate is fresh, complex and fine. Its mid-palate delivers delicate flavours of raspberry compote and pears in wine in harmony with a degree of vinosity. The finish, still fine, is long, structured and balanced. In conclusion, the Comtes de Champagne Rosé Millésimé 2003 is a Champagne of great dimensions and remarkable balance of structure, vinosity, framework and fruity, fine and delicate aromas.
