"It offers aromas of pain grille, pencil lead, licorice, black currant, and blackberry liqueur. This leads to a flamboyant Cabernet with gobs of ripe fruit and notes of chocolate emerging. The wine has well-concealed tannins, excellent balance, and a 60-second finish. It will benefit from 5-7 years of cellaring and will drink well through 2025." Robert Parker Jnr. The Wine Advocate 2007.
I have my own missive on this little Bohemian! I love this wine as a brooding monster of a dry red more French in style than some from this area. This combination of a wonderful vintage and Cabernet that has had a good long growing period seems to reflect the best characteristics of the varietal combining vegatitive, dark fruit and impressive depth of flavour washing the mouth on different levels at the same time! Simply a very , very good value wine at this price and really spoils the end user.

Full-bodied, rich, gutsy wine overflowing with
blackcurrant fruit, cassis and tannins; good oak
sustains the long finish.
