Clear, bright and dark cherry red in colour it has small berry characters on the palate. A superb mouth feel; plush with sweet fruit and although light bodied, packed with sweet spice and all things nice. A very good Victorian Pinot that brings some wonderful deep redcurrant flavours together with some softer tannins and good length. Wonderful accompaniment to pasta and antipasto dishes or the weekend news paper and quite contemplation.
