Dark purple, dense crimson in colour this ominous wine broods while it waits for you to unleash the Beast within. Your senses are hightened with uplifting notes of black fruits, dark plums and chocolate with hints of blackberry and spice. Now for the test! The palate exudes black fruits, with dark chocolate and mocha notes. Excellent combination Oak treatment has provided fine tannins with good acid balance and persistent flavour all the way to the next sip. This is my pick of the week!
