Vibrant pale straw colour with hints of green. A fresh yet complex blend of citrus and spice aromas are complemented by hints of cracked wheat and sweet pastry. The Chardonnay provides softness up front, and the Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier offer a long lingering and crisp finish. Drinking well now but will remain fresh for 5-10 years.
