WINEMAKER’S NOTES – Usher Tinkler
Straw yellow in colour, this chardonnay has pineapple. Melon and
cashew aromas. The palate is a well balanced combination of
pineapple, white peach and vanilla cream flavours supported by
subtle French oak which provides a creamy texture and added
complexity.
This wine will continue to improve for up to three years bottle if
cellared in optimum conditions. It makes an ideal accompaniment
to a wide variety of dishes such as grilled white-fleshed fish, smoked
salmon, crab, prawns and scallops.
