Sourced primarily from Central Victoria (Goulburn Valley and Heathcote), Preece Chardonnay expresses the characters of the regions and the ancient soils the vines grow in. The well drained deep red, ironstone and jasper-quartz earth on the flats beneath and ancient Cambian geological feature in the Heathcote region in particular, drive the stone fruit core of this wine, delivering a unique and drink that lingers and satisfies.
