Bethany Barossa Dry White 2008 |

Wonderful aromas of honeysuckle, apple blossom and peach nectar are backed with great fruit and wonderful acidity. Delicious flavours of ripe Granny Smith apples and white nectarine provide the framework for what is quite simply a great wine from a fantastic producer at a brilliant price!
The best thing about this blend is it doesn't need to be the middle of Summer to enjoy it. An fantastic & really interesting blend of Riesling and Semillon makes for a very refreshing and intriguing food wine.
This is just divine with steamed fish or spicy Asian influenced dishes any time of the year.
