Rolf Binder Riesling 2011 |
| |
|
|
The Eden Valley skirts the eastern slopes of the Barossa Ranges, and is known for crisp floral Rieslings. Sitting slightly higher than the warmer Barossa Valley, the two sub-regions make up the Barossa, and give local winemakers more variety and interest in their production of outstanding wines.
The wine is traditional in style with its ripe lemon fruit flavours and good length.
"A crisp elegant full flavoured style sourced from Eden Valley fruit. A fine tasting elegant wine exhibiting a fresh and slightly musty aroma with hints of fresh limes. The sensation of abundant citrus characters offers a youthful and fresh palate with good depth of fruit and drying acidity.” Rolf Binder.
