Nose: Refined and elegant the nose shows lifted lime and citrus rind with hints of musk gooseberry, cut grass, citrus pith.
Palate: Fresh and tight with abundant fruit weight, this is probably the most refined and elegant wine of this style we have made. The purity of varietal fruit and cleansing minerality are in perfect balance with the natural acidity.
Fresh grapefruit, citrus and cut grass characters from the Semillon dominate the palate with the refreshing floral characters from the sauvignon blanc. This wine shows exceptional length and persistence.
Blend 70% Semillon 30% Sauvignon Blanc
