Hardys 'Oomoo' Sauvignon Blanc 2009 |
| |
|
|
Hardys have some seriously good plantings! A multi award winning wine and consistently rated the regions best example of the varietal.
A serious foodies wine with up front flavours bursting with passionfruit loveliness, gooseberry, and arm goose bump raising raciness! The palate is well covered & a little fuller than some of its NZ cousins creating a more mellow, thought provoking Sauvignon Blanc. A worthy addition to the fridge, it will make you smile, reflect and laugh at the kids whilst in their own thought provoking way ....they try to do your HEAD IN!
The Oomoo range was relaunched in 2003 to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Hardys, with a Shiraz, Grenache Shiraz Mouvedre and Unwooded Chardonnay from McLaren Vale. . Since its relaunch seven years ago, the Hardys Oomoo regional range of wines has collected four trophies and more than 100 medals at wine shows in Australia and around the world.
