Zonte's Footstep The Love Symbol Savignin Blanc 2010 |
| |
|
|
Colour: Pristine, pale straw.
Nose: Pretty, lifted jasmine, gentle gooseberry and honeydew melon.
Entry: A rush of citrus peel crispness.
Middle Palate: Clean, fruity, flavoursome summer stonefruits.
After Palate: Tangy, mouth-watering finish and trademark Savignin Blanc softness.
Finish: Flavoursome and fine with crispy lines.
In Summary: The Love Symbol Savignin Blanc is an exciting, fresh white and the frontier of food-friendly wines. Although a great food wine, especially seafood, at Zonte’s Footstep, we drink most of the Love Symbol in the kithcen as chef’s aperitif.
