Deep crimson red with ruby purple hues, this wine displays aromas of
ripe plum, fruit cake spice and dark chocolate, enhanced by vanillin oak.
The palate is a mirror image of the bouquet, showing ripe, dark fruits complexed by hints of cinnamon spice and black pepper. Subtle use
of both French and American oak provides a savoury structure with great persistence and length. Will reward patient cellaring of up to five years.
