Hi! I wasn't sure of the best way to contact you, so I hope you get this. I placed my first ever order with you the night before last---and am so impressed with your service! I was wanting to surprise my boyfriend on our 2 year anniversary with a couple of bottles of the wine we drank on our first date. I live in Geelong, and this particular wine cannot be bought locally. Contacting the winery itself, they could send it to me, but it may not have made it by the Friday when I need it (it was Tuesday at the time--this was a very last minute gift!). I found your website through Google, and decided to take a chance that perhaps you may have been able to get it to me on Friday, and Thursday I open my door to find my parcel on the doorstep! I am so grateful for your prompt delivery, and will definitely be ordering through you again!! Buying anything online can be a bit hit-or-miss, and my experience with you was my best ever. Keep up the good work!

Thus far I have ordered 3 dozen bottles of Shiraz and delivery has been spot on. The tracking information is always very handy but up until now I haven’t needed to use it which is even more handy! I am exceedingly impressed by the quality of the wines I have order, your range and the depth of the wines for the price is nothing short of excellent. I can safely say I’ve found a new wine outlet after 5 years with my previous supplier. Keep up the good work!

I recently ordered a mixed case from you, to be delivered to Sydney. And I have to say that from ordering online, through to the delivery of the wine, I was very impressed. The online interface is easy and informative. The confirmation emails let me feel 'in the loop', as opposed to other sites where you don't hear anything. The tracking number system was straightforward and helpful, and the wine arrived within 3 working days. Fantastic results all round. Well done on the quality service, and great prices! I will definitely be buying wine through you guys again.

I can advise that I was entirely satisfied with the services provided against my order. I am familiar with tracking as I do this in my normal day to day job and I find it a bonus to know where the delivery is and when it can be expected. I wish I could say that I used it successfully, however, my order was delivered that quickly that I did not get the opportunity. I can advise that my stock was delivered completely to my satisfaction and I was very impressed with the service. I am similarly impressed with the quality of the wine delivered.

I ordered a case of wine on Tuesday morning and it was delivered to Canberra the next day. It was good to be able to specify the delivery instructions to have the wine left at the back of my house. If the wine is as good as your service I'll be a very happy customer.

If the wine I ordered tastes half as good as the service so far I'll be super impressed and a definite return customer. Response to an email query was received within 20 minutes; and a mixed dozen subsequently ordered midday Wednesday was picked up at the Post Office in Benalla (200km away!) 7-30am Thursday. Less than 24hrs from order to potential opening. Pretty much unbeatable delivery benchmark in my experience. Great job guys.

Hi Guys, Just got our first case delivered today. We picked the Quarry Road Sav Blanc for my wife (6 bottles) who is the white drinker of the house, also picked, because we used to live in Marlborough, about 15kms from Cloudy Bay, so the variety picked itself. I chose 6 bottles of the GMH Red Medley to make up the dozen. We were impressed with the pricing and the quick delivery. Much more impressed are we by the standard of the wine. Both wines accurately reflected the tasters notes, and left us feeling that this is indeed the start of a long relationship. Bloody Well Done!! We are impressed indeed with your service and your product. As a final note....we are delighted that we are not fenced into and held to a contract, that delivers a mixed dozen of mediocre wines from obscure wine makers who cannot be found or sourced in the real world. 10 out of 10.

Many thanks for organising to get the delivery done on Friday; it arrived safe and sound and was most appreciated. I was able to pass it on to the guy sharing the delivery with me and both he and I were able to share a couple of bottles of the Saddlers Creek Trio Shiraz with grateful dinner guests on Saturday night. Excellent work!

After emailing wine box warehouse with a query about some leaking bottles I had previously purchased, I was contacted by phone within minutes of sending it and I received a full replacement case the very next day. If you are ever after a reference for your service and what you supply then let me know. Tim said his objective was to deliver good wine at cheap prices. You certainly do this. We look forward to every case we get. Sometimes they are old favourites sometimes they are newly recommended. After about 2 years with you I have never been disappointed and I know we have friends who have become regular customers. We look forward to the occasional tastings although we do not always make them. From memory, every order I have placed has arrived on the doorstep the next day. Outstanding service. Thanks. Already your response time and concern sets standards and help guarantee return outcome and great word of mouth advertising. Let me relax you though by ensuring I'm not in a rush and it was a long weekend here (and in Victoria I believe) this weekend passed and AusPost can easily be a day or two late at their end. There are no major shocks or surprises yet, I was just checking to confirm with you (which you've done) that it's in the post (as I only had the automated response thus far, which is fine and dandy but on the first order with a little lateness I just pursue a human response as a matter of course, testing the water so to speak - subsequently with trust and confidence established teh automated one will probably be just fine).

Picked the wine up today and currently drinking the Pertaringa Understudy Cabernet 2003, which is awesome (so much so that I just ordered some more). Must admit that I tried another online wine company at the same time I ordered my last dozen from you guys. Their service has been **** and I am sadly disappointed on the quality. At least it taught me to stick to what I know is good.

I ordered 3 boxes of wine on-line yesterday afternoon, sometime after 4.30, and at 2.30 today I am sitting at Crib Point looking into the smoke haze over the bay and sipping on some wonderful Michelton Shiraz.
