A luminous litchi pink. An intense fruity and complex nose offering notes of mango, white peach, little red berries and white flowers. Beautifully fresh with great presence on the front palate. The finish is persistent and surprising with some hints of fennel offering a slightly savoury finale.

Hand-picked, each parcel is vinified separately. Immediate cooling of grapes in neutral atmosphere for short maceration before pressing. Early separation of pressed must. Blockage of malolactic fermentation. Blending in January.
