France's No. 1 selling non vintage Champagne is an approachable and easy going drop.
A lovely pale gold in colour with an abundance of delicate bubbles. The floral, fruity nose displays a subtle predominance of white fruits; pear, apple, with some almond and hazelnut. The palate has a fresh opening and is well balanced. This classic blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Meunier is great as an aperitif, or try it paired with lobster and cream sauce, sole with morel mushrooms or chicken brochettes with citronella.
92 Points - Wine Spectator "The Reserve Particuliere Brut NV is at the core of the comprehensive Nicolas Feuillatte range and comprises youthful, fresh aromas and rich complex, clean flavours in a friendly style that reflects the natural fruit character and terroir of the vineyards."
93 Points - Brett Smith, Geelong Advertiser "It’s pale gold in colour with apple and pear aromas, mixed with some light nut complexity and pastry...it’s French so I’m thinking croissant. Smooth and balanced on the palate with some citrus coming through to go with the crisp apple and pear. Ideal as an aperitif, with crisp balance and a pleasant creamy feel in the mouth."
