Typical Pinot Grigio bouquet of lemon sherbet fiz and a very feint fresh apricot carries through on the end note. A dry complex wine, with strong, clean white fruit on the mouthfeel. The body is tight and linear with a youthful tannin structure spritely with a tangy acid on the finish.
100% Pinot Grigio taken from a selection of five vineyards within Collio and Isonzo, all from very low crop yields. Hand harvested, soft pressed, with only the free run juice is vinified. Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks before bottling.
