Crystal clear cherry pink with a fresh, exotic fruit aroma of dragon fruit and guava. The bubbles are just the beginning of the fun! Lively with a pink lady apple bite, the mouth is wet with lush fruit characteristics and a good dose of crisp acidity to tie it all up in a delicious little sparkling glass of yum!
This wine is easily the best Lambrusco I've ever had, with an unlikely complexity that robs the wine not a bitof its refreshing sparkle. There are fruit and herbal notes and a slight oxidized character. The bottle barely lasted through dinner and then we regretted not having another for an after dinner recap.
Lini 910 can boast a long tradition in sparkling wine making by achieving the excellence in the field of the fine bubbles. The "In Correggio" label is aimed at hotels and restaurants, while the "Etichetta del Centenario" label is designed for a more widespread distribution market. The historic "Labrusca" label continues to appeal to all consumers, satisfying the largest and most diverse clientele. The prestigious Classic label offers bottles of the very highest level, in which the Lini family's oenological experience is put to the test: the Millesimato 'Bianco' (100% Pinot Nero) and the Millesimato Rosè (100% Pinot Nero) are a passion handed down from generation to generation, while the Millesimato 'Rosso' (Lambrusco Salamino 100%) is a celebration of its own terroir and something of an accomplishment for Lambrusco.
Pi.nu.ar., the only non-sparkling wine among the Lini 910 selection, represents an oenological bet as far as it blends two different souls: the Pinot Noir, cultivated, delicate and refined together with the Lambrusco, fresh and easy.
