Sourced from Lombardy province in Italy, the spring is located 400m below the foot of a dolomite mountain.

Mineral content is added as the water passes through layers of limestone and volcanic rock. The result is a water low in nitrates, with good levels of sulphates and calcium. It offers refreshment and balance when enjoyed with medium to full bodied red wines, persistent effervescence playing an important role in bringing out the best taste and aromas qualities in food and wine.
