A balanced and well weighted wine showing blackberry berry fruits and tobacco leaf characters on the front palate. The mid palate has richness and weight and is backed by some dusty oak characters. A balanced acid structure and firm powdery tannins give a long and elegant finish to the wine which lingers long after the wine has been swallowed.

Jeremy Oliver says:
Well handled, but greenish, with a dusty bouquet of cool climate capsicum and bell pepper-like cabernet backed by lightly toasty cedar/vanilla oak. Smooth and supple, it's elegant and sweetly fruited, with a bright presence of cassis and dark plum knit with sweet oak, but finishing with sappy edges and herbaceous influences. Colour: Dark red colour.

Bouquet: Cassis and blackberry fruits provide an attractive and distinctly Cabernet bouquet. There are hints of tobacco leaf and cedary notes from the high quality French oak.

Palate: A balanced and well weighted wine showing blackberry berry fruits and tobacco leaf characters on the front palate. The mid palate has richness and weight and is backed by some dusty oak characters. A balanced acid structure and firm powdery tannins give a long and elegant finish to the wine which lingers long after the wine has been swallowed.
