This truly is a wine of charm, poise and length! Deep, dark red in colour, this shows classic Cabernet aromas featuring fragrant herbs and cedary oak, nicely laid over subtle red and blue fruits. Fine chalky tannins run throughout the palate with a swell of red berries behind a soft lingering finish.
2013 Vintage: 93 Points - James Halliday, Australian Wine Companion "Central Victoria seems to be the appellation of a deep crimson-purple-coloured cabernet, the grapes from exceptional sites. It has an extremely intense palate of cassis, raspberry, dried herbs and - of course - tannins."
