This is a full-bodied luscious Cabernet Sauvignon with layers of deeper more thought provoking flavour and complexity. Wonderful scents of cedary oak and vanilla coffee beans, round off flavours of ripe dark plums and a hints of dark cocoa chocolate preceding a lingering smooth finish.
Superb, delightful complex Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a truely lip smacking wine with loads of sublime chocolate, vanilla.& cassis combining together wonderfully. 'Nigella' the chief chef for English stoves could not recomend a better wine to wind you up into a lather of culinary frenzy. I love Cabernet with age and always look for a wine like this.
