A great, value-for-money, Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon from the Central Valley region. Enjoy with food, family and friends!
Opaque deep dark purple black colour with deep dark purple hue. The nose displays ripe blackcurrant aromas followed by a hint of tobacco and spicy cedar. Medium bodied the palate delivers generous flavours of ripe dark mulberry and dark cherry followed by some tobacco and toasty cedar. Soft very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of dark mulberry, toasty cedar and spice.
From the Winery: Whilst you may be familiar with the region of ‘Valle Central’ specifically, you must have heard that Chile is producing some great New World wines. This is an example of a fruit-driven, easy drinking style at a very reasonable price. It presents a red colour with violet highlights. In the nose the outstanding aromas are of blackberries, plums and black cherries, blended with hints of vanilla. In the mouth there are smooth, rounded tannins and flavours of red and black fruits, enhanced with notes of caramel.
