  Colour density is medium with a bright hue. The aroma displays cherry and chocolate with a touch of kirsch while the oak is not apparent. The palate is linear and tight with fine acidity. Oak balances some sweet, dark chocolate, plum and cherry flavours which open strongly after a while in glass indicating good cellaring potential: 5-8 years.
