This is a ripper of a Pinot, soft and velvety with great richness and depth of flavour. Look for deep, dark berries, especially blackberry and mulberry, with surprising glimmers of raspberry. A slightly savoury fringe of black olives and cigar box add complexity to the primary flavours, and lovely French oak complements the fruit. Enjoy the long, clean finish.
