Semi translucent bright dark red colour with crimson red hue. The nose is a little timid offering up subtle scents of strawberry and raspberry followed by some spice. On the palate youthful dark cherry flavours are followed by some subtle cedar and spice. Slightly dryish finish with soft fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherry, cedar and spice.
Past Accolades
2012 Vintage: 92 Points - James Halliday, Australian Wine Companion "Full, clear crimson-purple; a rich and - in pinot terms - full-bodied wine, flush with black cherry and plum fruit; steers an even course through the length of the palate, yet to build complexity."
