If you like your Cab Merlots fuller-bodied and with a kick of oak, then this is the wine for you!

Smells of dark fruits and plums lift from the glass, along with hints of pepper spice, licorice and toasted cedar. The palate is full and plummy with a decent lick of toasty oak adding to the slight grip of the tannins, followed by an earthy, savoury finish. Some roasted red meats will be ideal with this.

This blend shows the elegance of the Clare Valley's Polish Hill River region. Aromas of berries and plums are enhanced by French oak and the palate is supple and well balanced, the tannins fine and lingering.
