The Barossa might get the first word on Shiraz but Central Vic is producing some big ole’ reds that won’t disappoint you either. This wine is a terrific example of the region. All-spice, rich, ripe plum and black pepper combine with nice oak making the palate a rich, engaging and long lasting wine in the mouth and stays to linger longer. This is a rich and full bodied wine, with a firm tannin structure.
