This is a full blooded, typically opulent Barossa Valley Shiraz that makes your mouth zing..... with rich ripe Dark berries, some comfy chocolate and plum aromas, strong earthy vanilla overtones and subtle spice. The palate is awash with juice, full-bodied with lovely integrated and layered oak characters. There's loads of spicy berry flavour and also good acidity and length, producing a pleasing savoury character on the finish. So, grab a Rib Eye 400 gram steak or even an eggplant Parmigiana and contemplate perfection.

From the Winery
