From the Winery

The Pagan is the flagship wine made in the style of amarone which is achieved by drying the grapes inside our winery for up to seven weeks. This produces wines of great concentration and complexity The 2014 Koltz The Pagan is a savoury complex wine, full bodied, mouth filling and with good length. Layers of flavours, currants, blueberries and spice, are balanced by the fine fine tannin and good acidity.
