A rich red plum colour, 2006 Undercover Shiraz is yet another stand out vintage. This wine displays complex aromas of cloves, chocolate and dark berries. The 2006 Undercover is perhaps richer than the well regarded 2005 which was more classic and savoury in style. This wine has a rich palate with chocolate, spice and lingering juicy fruit flavours balanced by fine grained oak tannin with an ever pleasing persistent long finish.
