Displays colours of pale straw with a greenish tinge. Aromas are fresh and vinous with a hint of butter and green apples. Presents a palate which is crisp and zesty with a vigorous bead, the palate is mouth filling and fruity. Grape varieties of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This wonderful sparkling is great served chilled as an aperitif, or to accompany shellfish and lighter Mediterranean-inspired dishes.
