Yummy, creamy and vibrant sparkling wine just bursting with flavour and cheekiness. Wonderful value for this end of the scales providing a medium bead, nice chardonnay fruit base with a slightly softer not so aggressive apple predominance. Acids and sweetness are all in a row here making this pretty good value against some more expensive Pinot Chardonnay blends that promise all the bells and whistles but are challenged to deliver!
