Opening with aromas of lemon and lime, there are subtle notes of apricot and a touch of peach on the palate. These flavours are complemented by crisp green apple, faint yeasty notes and a textural complexity. Effervescence is medium-fine and consistent.

The NV Airlie Bank sparkling is a blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir- sourced from within the Yarra Valley. Small portions were barrel fermented and given extended time on lees to build texture and complexity.
