A visually attractive wine in the glass, displaying, plenty of creamy mousse and tiny fine beads. The nose offers soft yeasty characters with hints of elegant lemon and honey blossom. In the mouth fine dry bubbles give way to a toasty, nutty luxurious palate finishing with lingering fresh citrus.
This Non Vintage Brut is crafted from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes and has been made using the traditional methode champenoise technique (matured on lees in the bottle for a minimum of 18 months and hand degorged). Oxidative juice handling, barrel maturation and the addition of reserve wine help construct its generous profile.

First planted to the Burgundy varieties of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir during the spring of 1991, the vineyard has expanded over the years to its current area of 18 hectares of closely spaced vines. Plantings also comprise of Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Riesling and Nebbiolo.
