Prosecco is gaining quite a following in Australia - tasty , not too sweet and lower in Alc, , and why not! They are highly affordable, highly drinkable, and usually in the heat better for being at the lower end of the alcohol scale, so what's not to love? In Fact if you cram some ice and Aperol into a long , tall glass - you have the beginnings of the perfect summer aperitivo!

Creamy palate texture with flavours of citrus, lees and cashew. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of cashew and yeast lees. Whether on its own or combined , this is excellent value and a smashing drink.
