Assembly of two of the first Vineyards of Cognac. Grande Champagne which brings the sharpness, the length and the distinction and Petite Champagne which gives the subtlety, the delicacy and the sweetness.
Slightly amber dress fruity Nose in the notes of almond and plum. Good attack.
A Cognac to be enjoyed after a meal.
The site of the property, close to La Rochelle, is the result of a strategic choice in the 19th century. At this time, the city of La Rochelle was the major export harbour for Cognac, both located on the coast and on the rail network. This exceptional site offers the perfect ageing for Cognac with a very natural regulation of hygrometry and temperature. In these cellars there are only cognacs from Grande and Petite Champagne.
