Honey and malt flavours (average age 12 years).
Light golden colour with some brown and green tinges. Honey and malt characters on the bouquet mixed with some pleasant wood ‘rancio’ overtones. Luscious ‘honey like’ palate with a dry spirit finish.
Blended in traditional Solero System of small Oak barrels.
Excellent after dinner drink, especially with coffee and chocolates. Works well slightly chilled with dried fruit desserts or chocolate flavoured desserts.
