Fantastic light and mouth-watering bitters made from a blend of Ribolla, Traminer and Verduzzo grapes with mountain herb infusion. It's a malty brown colour on the eye, with strong alcohol notes giving way to sweet caramel and spice aromas. Lighter in flavour than other Amaro, serving over crushed ice with a slice of orange peel makes for a great aperitif. Recommended at room temperature when served alone or as a digestif.
